GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied, return unused merchandise to us along with the RECEIPT for a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase. Refunds may take up to one - two full weeks to be credited.
If you do not enclose an original receipt, the return or exchange may take up to three weeks to process. We reserve the right to reject items for return or exchange if they are not accompanied by a receipt.
We regret that custom or personalized merchandise may not be returned.
International Shipments: Please note that customers requiring shipment outside the US will be responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
SECURITY
ECapCity.com/Cap City takes every precaution to ensure that your card is not being used fraudulently. This is why we ask for the security code and customer service number for your card. We use these two pieces of information to verify that the person using the card physically has the card present (and hasn’t taken your number off of a receipt or other method). We will call the card issuing bank to verify your billing information. If you have any questions about our policy or prefer to place your order by phone, you may call us 201) 453-8485.
If you order three or more hats and qualify for free shipping (USA only), we MUST ship them together in one shipment! If we notify you that one or more of the hats are out of stock, you have the option of the following:
- substitute the sold out item(s) for an in-stock item or
- receive balance of the shipment of one or two hats for a $5.00 shipping charge (normally $8 for one or two hats)
• Offers can not be combined
• Free shipping offer applies only to ground shipping within the continental US
• Limited-time offers, promotion expires 12/31/2009
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied, return unused, unworn merchandise to us along with the RECEIPT and a detailed explanation of what you want us to do for a full refund within 7 days of the date you received the order.
If any requested information is missing, it may take us much longer to process your return.
We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient information.
Returns and exchanges are processed on Tuesdays and Fridays.
If you need to make a return or exchange, please do the following:
1. Package the item back in original package
2. Include a copy of the original receipt
3. Include a detailed note explaining what you want us to do with the merchandise
4. All hats must be in a BOX (at least 5 inches deep...we recommend reusing the box that the hat was originally shipped in) Any hats shipped in bags, envelopes, or boxes NOT deep enough to maintain the shape of the hat will be refused because the hats that become crushed or lose their shape in transit to us and CANNOT be resold in this condition....
5. Ship the merchandise back using a trackable method (such as FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail) to us at:

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE
